This is my favorite thing to add to any smoothie of protein shake. If you don’t want your shake to be thicker, then just add 1 tsp. If you’d like to use this to add body and texture and also as a great stool softening/bulking agent, then add 1 tbsp. Because it’s already ground, I keep mine in the fridge after opening.
