Product Description

Magnesium is one of the six essential macro-minerals that comprise 99% of the body's mineral content. Magnesium helps build bones, enables nerves to function, and is essential to the production of energy from food. This is an angstrom size mineral and vitamin supplement of magnesium. An angstrom or nanoparticle size mineral supplement does not require digestion. Angstrom size minerals are absorbed immediately into the bloodstream due to their minute size, hence the body also requires much less of them to have the same effect on the body. With a traditional powdered mineral, actual absorption ranges from only 5 - 15 percent. With angstrom or nano-sized minerals, absorption is 100 percent, so much less is needed to reach the same daily supplementation level.

People with IBD or sensitive gastrointestinal tracts often have trouble taking magnesium supplements without irritating their bowel. Taking rapidly absorbed nanoparticle size magnesium allows it to bypass the digestive system. If the magnesium does not go through your intestines,  there is no irritation, absorption rates are WAY higher, and it does not cause diarrhea or loose bowels.

You can add this Angstrom Magnesium to hot or cold beverages, soup, coffee etc. That way you can dilute the serving and also mask the taste, if needed.

Suggested Serving:

When using regular (powdered, or colloidal) minterals, it is estimated that the human body will be able to breakdown and absorb 1 - 5 percent. These angstrom, or nanoparticle-sized minerals are close to 100% absorbable. Therefore, the RDA does not apply.

For example, if the RDA of a mineral is 2,000 mg per day, to derive how much angstrom or nano-sized mineral you need: multiply by a probably 1 percent absorption rate to get your answer. 2,000 x 1% = 20 mg.

If you have a magnesium deficiency, or leg cramps, or heart muscle problems then you may find this increased potency magnesium more effective. I also prefer this higher concentration because I just add 1 capful to my coconut water, or an Emergen-C packet - so I get a higher (yet instantly absorbed) dose without too much of a taste impact and I don't need to get out a measuring spoon!

Magnesium is especially important for people with IBD to both avoid intestinal spasming and cramping and to reduce inflammation. Most people with IBD also need extra potassium for similar reasons.

Since this magnesium is picometere-sized (angstrom/nanoparticle-sized) it does not require digestion and therefore it does not cause bowel movements or loose stools - very important if you tend towards diarrhea!

So if you tend towards diarrhea, then this is an ideal way to get your magnesium (40% of Americans are deficient in magnesium) without irritating your bowels. The other way that would work is transdermally (through the skin), by putting Magnesium Oil into your bath water.
