Some liver support herbs are extremely bitter; which makes it hard to take them for as long, or as often as you should!
This blend has a good balance of herbs, so the taste is the best I've ever tried for liver support herbs and I had no trouble using it 2-3 times per day.
I like this blend because it also contains turmeric (anti-inflammatory), ginger (good for nausea or stomach pain) and reishi (immune booster) in addition to the liver cleansing and toning herbs.
This blend should be fine for those with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or sensitive tummies. Just start slowly to avoid too much detox at once.
If you have active IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), these herbs may be too strong for your gut and you may want to wait until you have had no bleeding for 2-4 months before using these. And then start VERY slowly and test for tolerance as you go. If you have no bleeding - only inflammation - then start with just a few drops once per day and gradually build up from there, if tolerated.
