For the first 2 weeks (from the start of your period to ovulation) combine it with the Castor Oil Pack for Liver. Then, for the last 2 weeks of your cycle, switch to the Pelvic Castor Oil Pack until you get your period again.

No, Castor Oil Packs are safely combined with any medication and supplement and may help them work better.
