This is an excellent multivitamin to get (even if you’re a male and/or not pregnant!) – because it automatically contains many of the nutrients that people with IBS/IBD need: extra B vitamins, extra Vitamin A, B12, etc.

This multivitamin does contain some Vitamin C in ascorbic acid form, but not much (3 gummies = 120 mg) but if you're super sensitive to Vitamin C then be aware.

Another reason to buy these gummies is if you or kids find it difficult to take vitamins! These can just sit on your desk or counter and you can grab a few as dessert, or a treat, after a meal.
