N-A-G™, N-acetyl glucosamine, is an amino sugar (the building blocks of mucopolysaccharides). It is formed from l-glutamine and glucose. N-A-G forms the basis of complex molecular structures which are key parts of the connective tissues and mucous membranes of the body - tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bone matrix, skin, joint fluid and intestinal lining.*
Allergies: Contains shellfish (shrimp, lobster, and crab).
Warning: If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, breastfeeding, or regularly taking any drug such as acetaminophen, warfarin (Coumadin®), or heparin, consult your health care professional before taking this product. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no starch, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

250 mg - 2 tablets 1 to 3 times daily.

500 mg - 1 tablets 1 to 3 times daily.

If you’re already taking MucosaCalm, you don’t need to take NAG, because MucosaCalm already contains NAG – unless you want to supplement at a higher dose.

I did know a naturopathic doctor who swore by NAG and used it as one of the principle supplements to help his patients wean off steroids.
