If you can tolerate or need iron, then this is an excellent multivitamin to get (even if you’re a male and/or not pregnant!) – because it automatically contains many of the nutrients that people with IBS/IBD need: extra B vitamins, extra Vitamin A, Vitamin C in mineral ascorbate form, etc.

And because it's a "prenatal" all the vitamins and minerals are in forms that are easily tolerated and gentle on the stomach.

Another reason to buy the Prenatal as your multivitamin (as long as you want iron) is that for some reason, the price is a LOT cheaper than similar products that are not labeled "prenatal". Don't ask me why, but I suspect it's some kind of marketing decision affecting the pricing. Whatever the reason, I urge you to take advantage of it!
