Adult Directions
Take 1/2 to 1 oz in the morning with a meal. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.

Suggested Serving:

Adults - 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) daily as maintenance, use more if needed or as recommended by your health care professional.

Children - 1/2 tablespoon (1/4 ounce) daily as maintenance, use more if needed or as recommended by your health care professional.

This is a concentrated product and can be diluted with water/juice to your preference.

When using regular (powdered, or colloidal) minerals, it is estimated that the human body will be able to breakdown and absorb 1 - 5 percent. These mini-minerals are close to 100% absorbable. Therefore, the RDA does not apply.*

For example, if the RDA of a mineral is 2,000 mg per day, to derive how much mini-mineral you need: multiply by a probably 1 percent absorption rate to get your answer. 2,000 x 1% = 20 mg.*

If you have a magnesium deficiency, or leg cramps, or heart muscle problems then you may find this increased potency magnesium more effective. I also prefer this higher concentration because I just add 1 capful to my coconut water, or an Emergen-C packet - so I get a higher (yet instantly absorbed) dose without too much of a taste impact and I don't need to get out a measuring spoon!
