This is one of those 'bigger bang for your buck' supplements. Because if you look at the amount of quercetin, bioflavonoids, NAC and grape seed extract - they may be as high as the levels contained in separate supplements you may be taking.

In that case, it will likely be cheaper to combine them all together in this Systemic C supplement - as long as you can tolerate 1000 mg of vitamin C per day. Remember though, that it IS in ascorbate form, so far less likely to loosen the bowels.

At the very least, even if you are really prone to diarrhea and you can only tolerate 500 mg of vitamin C per day (in ascorbate form), then this is definitely a fantastic way to take it with all these powerful co-factors.
