Shipping policy

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will provide you with the details necessary to locate your order. Most orders deliver within 2-3 business days, although couriers may experience unexpected delays which could cause a delay in your delivery. Cold orders (probiotics) will deliver in 2 days in the continental USA. 

Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed. Any order placed on the weekends (or after 11am on Friday) will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship and shipments in transit do not move on weekends or holidays. We can provide overnight, next day, and other expedited shipping options upon request.

Standard shipping times are an estimate and not guaranteed. 

Free shipping on orders over $99* applies to domestic US orders. All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, transportation of items, plus additional delivery charges (for large or bulky items, delivery to remote locations, and/or rush delivery).

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are shipped by weight and incur additional shipping fees. We do not guarantee 2 day cold shipping for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. USPS Ground Advantage orders can take up to 6 weeks to deliver. 

If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your order confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. This will help us track your package for you. 

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location. We are unable to modify or cancel orders after our shipping cutoff of noon PST.

We make every attempt to maintain inventory of each product we stock, but occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will cancel that item. 

International Orders: Please note we do not collect taxes, duties or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer. Some online stores will include taxes and duties rolled into the purchase price - we do not do that. You are only paying for the price of the product, and you are responsible for any additional import fees, duties and taxes that your country may charge. You will need to pay any fees before delivery. Please refer to your tracking number for instructions on how to make payment

Cold orders (probiotics)

  • Ship Monday–Wednesday.

  • Orders received after 11:00 am PST on Wednesday ship the following Monday.

Probiotics cold fee

  • $9.95 Probiotics Cold Fee applies to orders that include probiotics (covers ice packs to protect product quality during transit).

  • When your order qualifies for free shipping, only this $9.95 cold fee applies.

Please ensure that the name on your order matches your ID to avoid any potential delays or complications during the customs clearance process. We strongly recommend that you double-check the name on your order before placing it.

International Cold Orders: We only have our standard international shipping available at checkout. If you purchase probiotics, we will email you a quote to upgrade your shipping to UPS Express with an estimated delivery date. 

We are unable to refund orders that are denied entry at customs and are not returned to our warehouse.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

While most orders arrive on time, shipping delays or issues can occasionally occur once a package is in the courier’s possession.

Delayed Tracking Updates

Please note that tracking updates are not always real-time. Some couriers may experience delays in scanning packages, which can cause tracking information to update late or appear stalled for a short period. In most cases, the package is still moving through the courier’s network.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows an order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend first checking:

  • Around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, building lobby)

  • With household members, neighbors, or building management

Couriers may mark packages as delivered slightly before final drop-off, or leave them in a secure location nearby.

Investigation Process

If your order appears lost, delayed beyond expectations, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team. Once notified, we ask for 24–48 business hours to investigate the shipment with the courier on your behalf.

This investigation period allows us to:

  • Confirm delivery details with the carrier

  • Check for delayed scans or rerouting

  • Verify delivery confirmation and GPS data (when available)

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and work with you to determine the next best steps once the investigation is complete.

Please note that replacement or refund decisions can only be made after the carrier investigation has been completed.
