For soft gels (recommended for ages 3-6): Take four soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.

These taste amazingly good!

And they're in these tiny gel caps that young kids think are candy - they're so small that if a toddler swallowed them by mistake, it would be no problem. But mine loved to crunch down on them and have them go POP!

I keep them in the fridge to keep them firm and extra fresh and my youngest son asks for more fish oil even after he's had his morning dose.
