Refund policy

For any damaged items, please contact us immediately and take pictures of the items in the original packaging. Please take a photo of the damaged box and of the damaged product(s). 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@listentoyourgut.com or you can submit a return request. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click here and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
a. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide shipping labels or reimburse any return expenses. After the product is returned, please allow us 48 hours to process the return once delivered. You receive a refund after the return has been received and accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at service@listentoyourgut.com or call 888.866.7745.

Important Return Conditions 

  • Returns received with signs of use, damage, alteration, or not in their original condition will not be refunded. 
  • Returns that are damaged, opened, showing signs of use, altered, or different from the original package we shipped will be disposed.
  • Returns deemed damaged upon receipt by us will only receive store credit, subject to review.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Cancelations
The option to cancel your order will no longer be available after your order has started processing. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-866-7745 for assistance with canceling or editing your order.

Shipment refusals will incur a $9.95 return fee  which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Important Notes:

1. We regret that we are unable to offer any refunds on items that were sent to you on ice (refrigerated shipping), like Natren probiotics, due to the cold-storage requirements of the products.

2. We are unable to reimburse you for any shipping charges that you incur to return merchandise to us. If you choose to return some or all items on your order, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

3. Buy 3 Get 1 50% off Absorb Plus promotion - discounted tubs are refunded first. 

4. If you are a wholesaler and want to return items for which you received a wholesale discount, any items that are not returned on that order will have the wholesale discount removed and the difference will be applied to your refund.
