Instructions:

  1. Measure your liquid into the BlenderBottle using the measurement markers on the side of the bottle.
  2. Add your Absorb Plus shake powder, or whey protein, or veggie protein powder.
  3. Add any other supplements, superfoods, oils etc. that you wish.
  4. Screw lid on tightly and shake vigorously.
  5. Pop open the flip cap on top, insert your straw and drink! It's that easy.

Nice Bottle, But I Won't Use It

The BlenderBottle Classic is a nice bottle with good manufacturing, but it is made with Polypropylene Plastic (PP) which is known to enter the human body. The National Institute for Health states "There are higher chances of PP being exposed to the human body through the oral cavity as it is widely used in food containers and in various ...". Also, biomed.com states "Polypropylene nanoplastic exposure leads to lung inflammation ...".

- Stainless Steel Option: You can take the stainless steel whisk from your BlenderBottle and drop it into a stainless steel travel mug. We recommend Contigo, which makes an excellent one available on Amazon. It’s durable, portable, and perfect for shaking up your drinks.
