My whole family takes these lemon flavor cod liver oil capsules every morning with our Vitamin D - we just pop them in our mouth and chew them - the lemon flavor masks everything and my youngest tries to sneak extra! Some spit out the gel casings, but 2 of my kids just chew and swallow them. I also add a Vitamin E capsule to mine and these cod liver oil lemon flavored capsules even mask that. Remember to take with food.

Go for the raw oil extracted from Icelandic cods. The process of encasing and such may have decreased its natural properties/nutrition.

Excellent Quality Oil

Excellent quality and the lemon flavor really cuts the harsh cod oil taste that sometimes is present. I actually bite them and just spit out the gel capsule but either way is fine. The lemon flavor actually allows me to bite them. Great health benefits and a quality product.

Quality Oil and Pleasant Tasting

I've been taking this for the last 3 months and I actually just chew them while I'm drinking my hot chocolate almond milk. Taste is pleasant and the lemon taste is a blessing since Cod Liver Oil can be strong smelling and tasting. I do spit out the outer wax coverings after I chew them and get all the oil out and it's perfectly great.
