QuikPlus Atom-sized Ionic Magnesium

18oz: 1 tbsp (15 ml) 1-2 times per day. Shake well. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Or add to water, juice, soup, tea, shake or smoothie.

2oz: 2ml (30 drops) per day in 6-8 oz (or 1 cup) of water, juice, soup, tea, shake, or smoothie.

2oz: Magnesium (as magnesium chloride) - 80mg, De-ionized water

32oz: Magnesium (as magnesium chloride)- 15mg, De-ionized water

As this magnesium is atom-sized (angstrom/nanoparticle-sized - less than 250 picometres in diameter) and ionically charged, it does not require digestion and therefore it does not cause bowel movements or loose stools - very important if you tend towards diarrhea! It is also very mild tasting - even my kids take it straight.

Magnesium is especially important for people with IBD to both avoid intestinal spasming and cramping and to reduce inflammation. Most people with IBD also need extra potassium for similar reasons.

This is an ideal way to get your magnesium (40% of Americans are deficient in magnesium) without irritating your bowels. The other way that would work is transdermally (through the skin), by putting Magnesium Oil into your bath water. However, you can get a much higher dosage orally.

One evening I was at my Dad's house and he began to have heart arrhythmia - now this is someone who's already had triple bypass surgery.
