Liquid Calcium Mineral
Cell Ready Calcium
Water Soluble Calcium
This is an angstrom size mineral and vitamin supplement of calcium. An angstrom or nanoparticle-size mineral supplement does not require digestion. Angstrom-size minerals are absorbed immediately into the bloodstream due to their minute size, hence the body also requires much less of them to have the same effect on the body. With a traditional powdered mineral, actual absorption ranges from only 5 - 15 percent. With angstrom or nano-sized minerals, absorption is 100 percent, so much less is needed to reach the same daily supplementation level.
You can add this Angstrom Calcium to hot or cold beverages, soup, coffee, etc. That way you can dilute the serving and also mask the taste if needed.
Organic calcium is used more than any other mineral in the body. There are 179 different known uses for calcium in the human body, here are some of the main ones:
1) Formation and maintenance of strong bones and teeth*
2) Prevents bone loss associated with osteoporosis*
3) Controls muscle contraction and with magnesium muscle relaxation*
4) Required for muscle growth*
5) Important in the maintenance of regular heartbeat*
6) Transmission of nerve impulses*
7) Transfer of information between brain cells*
8) Controls osmosis and diffusion through the cell membranes*
9) Passing of information within the cell. Calcium controls the formation of enzymes and hormones. It is involved in the activation of several enzymes including lipase*

What is calcium and what does it do?
Calcium is a mineral found in many foods. The body needs calcium to maintain strong bones and to carry out many important functions. Almost all calcium is stored in bones and teeth, where it supports their structure and hardness.
The body also needs calcium for muscles to move and for nerves to carry messages between the brain and every body part. In addition, calcium is used to help blood vessels move blood throughout the body and to help release hormones and enzymes that affect almost every function in the human body.
Can calcium be harmful?
Getting too much calcium can cause constipation. It might also interfere with the body’s ability to absorb iron and zinc, but this effect is not well established. In adults, too much calcium (from dietary supplements but not food and beverages) might increase the risk of kidney stones. Some studies show that people who consume high amounts of calcium might have increased risks of prostate cancer and heart disease, but more research is needed to understand these possible links.
Inadequate intakes of dietary calcium from food and supplements produce no obvious symptoms in the short term. Circulating blood levels of calcium are tightly regulated. Hypocalcemia results primarily from medical problems or treatments, including renal failure, surgical removal of the stomach, and the use of certain medications (such as diuretics).
