Jini Says: Most people know that vitamin E is a potent antioxidant and reduces free radical damage. But it also inhibits inflammation so is particularly valuable for people with IBD, arthritis, lupus and multiple sclerosis. I take mine in the morning along with my vitamin D3 and cod liver oil.
