Instructions:

More convenient

Well, we got this so I wouldn't have to clean the blender and a bunch of glasses throughout the day as my husband has his AbsorbPlus shakes. It is much easier to just clean this when he's done, put it in the drying rack, and it's ready to go for the next one. It is a little too tall for a straw, but if you're laying in bed, a straw is a nuisance anyway. The small drinking hole is nice, and you can continue to stir things as you drink. It doesn't leak, and is easy to use.
But, ya know, just make sure your lid is snapped on - ALL THE WAY... like, make sure you hear SNAP!! - or you'll end up with your expensive shake all over your just washed, clean dishes.... not like that happened to me or anything, just fyi.
But in any case, we're satisfied with it. I wouldn't necessarily consider it the Greatest Thing Ever, that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. But it serves its purpose well, and I'm happy to not wash the blender several times a day.

too tall

Great bottle but my 14 yr old does not like it because its too tall for putting a straw in to drink, so when I use it I will have to transfer it to another glass which means he has to drink it right away and not be able to reshake it like he usually does. Just a minor inconvenience but if this blender bottle is for these absorb plus shakes shouldn't it be a smaller size for a regular serving of absorb plus? I am wondering if the larger size allows for better mixing when you shake it though.
