Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid

A simple, mess-free way to elevate your wellness ritual and enhance the benefits of Castor Oil.

1. Apply Castor Oil Pack
- Pour 1-2 Tbsp of Castor Oil onto the soft side of your pack.
- Spread evenly, avoiding over-saturation.

2. Place & Secure Your Pack
- Position the pack over your over your neck, covering the thyroid area.
-Secure gently without restricting movement or airflow.

3. Wear & Relax
- Wear your pack for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Use this time to unwind, meditate, or enjoy a moment of stillness.
- Wash as needed and replace inserts every 2-3 months.
