I actually keep these on my desk and pop a few while I’m working. Yes they have sugar (and kids love them!) but I view them as my treat + benefits. Since I usually take 5-6,000 IU of D3 in the winter, I don’t use this as my sole source of D3 - I just eat a few for the K2.
