Jini Says: The taste of Stevia depends on whether it is whole leaf stevia, or stevia extract. If you want the stevia taste to be completely undetectable in your baking, then use half regular sweetener (eg. honey, maple syrup, turbinado sugar) and use white stevia extract for the other half. A good rule of thumb is 1/2 tsp stevia extract = 1 cup sugar. So, for example, if your cake recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar, then use 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp stevia.
